We undertook a project that encountered challenges due to an external drainage issue, which unfortunately led to water penetration through the basement walls and subsequent damage.

In response, we carefully removed the walls to reveal the exposed brick and concrete. To address the issue, we applied a comprehensive tanking membrane system along with a resin waterproof coating on the floor. Additionally, we implemented a drainage and pump control system designed to prevent future water intrusion and efficiently manage any excess water.

Once this critical aspect of the project was completed, we proceeded with a full refurbishment, which included enhancements such as a new kitchen, elegant marble tiling, durable engineered flooring, updated electrical systems, plumbing improvements, and thoughtful decorations throughout the space.

Once all the work was complete the client left us a nice review.

Sam and Chris engaged early on in the process to understand what I was looking to achieve with respect to design aspects and additional work that needed to be bolted on.
They came up with practical solutions, were highly responsive and they were excellent project managers, with the project finishing earlier than anticipated. It was a complex project made very simply by their straight forward approach to everything. I am very pleased with the outcome and could not recommend them more highly.
