After a fire caused by the boiler in a newly built house, just a few months old, we were tasked with stripping the property back to its external walls and completely rebuilding the downstairs. While the majority of the restoration focused on the ground floor, we were able to preserve the upstairs by carrying out specialist restoration cleaning.

The housing estate, still under construction, meant there were ongoing works around the property, adding to the challenge. The project itself included a partial rewire, re-plumbing, and the installation of all new flooring. We also replaced the front door and some windows, and carried out boarding, skimming, and decorations throughout the property.

Despite the extensive work required and the surrounding construction activity, our team completed the project in under 9 weeks. Thanks to their hard work and dedication, we were able to return the property to the client on time, allowing them to move back into their beautifully restored home sooner than expected.
