Lite Build was established when Sam and Chris, who had previously collaborated on various projects, were asked by a client to take over a home renovation project after the original builder fell through.

Their collaboration resulted in the successful completion of a full extension and house remodel without issues. Sam’s background in electrical contracting, managing various electrical, fire, lighting, security, and mechanical works on different types and sizes of projects, helps understand areas where other contractors sometimes fall short. Chris’s extensive construction experience includes working on B&Q maintenance, house extensions, new builds, and restaurant refurbishments.
Chris later specialised in fire and flood damage insurance works, handling everything from mitigation to restoring completely burnt-down commercial properties and managing a range of water damage claims.
