Upon receiving this project on a Saturday morning, we were faced with a high level of urgency due to the safety concerns and the nature of the project. Within a remarkably short span of 3 hours, we mobilised a team to ensure the safety of the public, especially considering the location’s status as a bustling high street.

Close coordination and collaboration were key as we worked closely with our structural engineer, the fire investigation team, the landlord, and the tenants. The fire, suspected to have originated from an oven, spread rapidly, resulting in significant damage.

To address the structural integrity of the building, we meticulously executed a phased approach involving the installation of steel and scaffolding to prevent potential collapse. Simultaneously, we facilitated access for the fire investigation team.

While undoubtedly challenging, we successfully navigated this project without encountering any complications, ensuring that all work was completed in a safe and secure manner
