A surveyor and friend we frequently collaborate with approached us about a project for one of his clients. The project entailed the complete fitting out of four new bathrooms, including the installation of new flooring in several rooms, rewiring, full house decorations, roof works, external decorations, and various other tasks throughout the house. It was essential to maintain regular communication with the client as they were living in the property during the works. We provided daily updates and ensured their input was considered throughout the project. Additionally, the client requested a smart lighting system for enhanced security and convenience, which we installed with great care to minimize any damage to the property.
