This was an incredible project that grew significantly in scope while working for Biffa Bins. The main office had sustained extensive damage due to a fire at a neighbouring tyre yard. With only the internal block walls and brick exterior remaining, a new roof was installed by others before our work began.

Our team took on the task of completely rebuilding the interiors, which included a full M&E installation, new internal walls, fire doors, bathrooms, WC areas, decorative finishes, grid ceilings, windows, and doors.

Collaborating closely with a trusted friend and client surveyor, we were able to go above and beyond by incorporating air conditioning into all rooms and installing solar panels—achieving this at no additional cost to the client by optimising savings in other areas of the project.

The project scope expanded further to include the refurbishment of the adjacent warehouse. Here, we resin-painted the floors, removed internal walls, replaced the entire roof covering, added new doors, conducted a partial rewire, and installed new perimeter fencing around the yard. Despite an extremely tight schedule, our dedicated team worked seven days a week to deliver these works on time and to a high standard.

This was a rewarding and dynamic project, and we’re proud to have played a key role in its successful completion.
